At least twenty-three people have been killed in a suicide attack in Afghanistan's capital, Kabul. Thirty-six others have also been wounded in the incident, according to sources stemming from a doctor in the Afghan hospital where the injured victims are being treated. The blast targeted an education center in the city and the majority of the casualties were girls.
