Al Pacino’s representative confirmed Thursday the arrival of the Oscar winner’s fourth child Roman Pacino with 29-year-old girlfriend Noor Alfallah. Pacino has a 33-year-old daughter and 22-year-old twins while Roman is Alfallah’s first child.
