Harvard Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz supports the U.S. Supreme Court’s unanimous ruling to allow former president Donald Trump to remain on the 2024 presidential ballot. Dershowitz says he suspects Chief Justice John Roberts worked very hard to turn liberal justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Ketanji Brown Jackson into concurring opinions rather than dissents.
