Alleged Pelosi attacker David DePape pleads not guilty to state charges
Tuesday, the man accused of attacking Paul Pelosi, David DePape, pleaded not guilty to all state charges in a California courtroom. Attempted murder, burglary, assault with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment, and threats to a public official and their family are among some of the state charges DePape is facing. DePape is currently being held in jail without bond, but a preliminary hearing and bail setting is scheduled for Friday.
