Authorities release images of note found on phone of the VA Walmart shooting suspect

On Friday, the City of Chesapeake tweeted a screenshot from the phone of alleged gunman Andre Bing. Officials also learned that Bing bought the handgun used in the incident on the same day as the shooting. He had no prior criminal record.
