The White House confirmed Monday that President Joe Biden plans to have a one-on-one meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during the NATO Summit in Lithuania this week. The meeting will come nearly one week after Biden said it was not the time for Ukraine to join NATO.
