Biden says no excuse for looting, violence seen in Philadelphia

Joe Biden, (D) Presidential Nominee:
"There is no excuse whatsoever for the looting and the violence, none whatsoever! I think to be able to protest is totally legitimate, totally reasonable, but I think that looting is, as the victim's father said, 'do not do this., for the love of my soon, you are not helping. You are not helping my son.' And there are certain things are gonna have to do as we move along, I think that I know that local folks in Philadelphia are thinking about this as well, and that is how we deal, how we manage the prospects of lethal shootings in the circumstances that we saw."
