Biden says student loan forgiveness will be success if 10% took advantage of program

President Joe Biden spoke to the press outside of the White House on Friday afternoon about how his administration will measure success of the student loan forgiveness program. Biden stated that his team would consider the program a success of 10% of Americans with college debt took advantage of the program and would not cause monetary inflation.
