Military veterans Representatives Mike Waltz (R-FL) and Seth Moulton (D-MA) joined volunteers Thursday to hand wash the Vietnam Veterans Memorial ahead of Memorial Day weekend. Rep. Waltz started the initiative three years ago and told CNN that washing the memorial served as a reminder that freedom isn’t free.
