Authorities in South Dakota’s Pennington County warned of poor visibility and impassable roads as blizzard conditions persisted in the northern Midwest on Thursday.



The National Weather Service issued blizzard warnings for parts of South Dakota, urging residents to stay indoors and avoid traveling unless necessary.
