Bezos-founded Blue Origin's New Shepard rocket suffers catastrophic failure

The Jeff Bezos' founded rocket company Blue Origin suffered a major failure during the 23rd launch of their New Shepard rocket. The rocket's main engine suffered a catastrophic failure and exploded, causing the uncrewed crew capsule to separate and parachute back to earth. The launch abort system designed to protect the crew capsule in the event of catastrophic engine failure appears to have functioned as intended.
