Brandon Judd: Illegal immigrants are ‘never going to leave the country’

National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd says he's known for a long time that the Department of Homeland Security is not keeping track of illegal immigrants in our country. Judd says illegal immigrants are never going to leave the U.S. because they know law enforcement won’t track them down when they fail to appear at court or CIS appointments.
