Chad Wolf: most federal decisions are made by department-level career bureaucrats
Chad Wolf, Former Acting Secretary of Homeland Security, says a majority of federal government decisions are made at a mid-to senior level outside of political leadership. Wolf says a conservative, “America-first” president needs to get in the White House to evaluate career bureaucrats making decisions that are not in the United States best interest.
