Convicted murderer Scott Peterson denied new trial
Scott Peterson who was convicted of murdering his pregnant wife Lacey in 2002 has been denied a new trial. Peterson’s legal team had argued for a new trial over one juror’s alleged conflict of interest. Peterson was convicted in 2004 and will serve out a life sentence without the possibility of parole.
