David Zere: Rising poverty and crime rates are hurting the Bronx

In the neighboring district, a few blocks over [from Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's] district, they have open-air prostitution markets in Crotona with 13-year-old girls walking the streets,” he says.
