Death toll continues to rise in the aftermath of a Russian missile strike in Ukraine

A Russian missile strike hit an apartment in Dnipro, Ukraine. As of now, 26 are reportedly dead but the death toll continues to rise as rescuers dig through the rubble of the building. 73 individuals were injured and more than 40 individuals are still unaccounted for.
