Deputies rescued a kitten from a drain near the steps of the historic courthouse in Clarksville, Tennessee Wednesday.



A video posted to Facebook by Montgomery County on June 7 was captioned: “Deputy O’Brien and other Courthouse Deputies assisted in the rescue of a kitten that was trapped in a drainage near the Historic Courthouse steps.” The footage shows a small black and white kitten inside the drain before being plucked to safety, with deputies then posing for photographs with it.
