Daniel Cochrane, Senior Research Associate at The Heritage Foundation’s Tech Policy Center, reports on the first week of the Federal Trade Commission’s antitrust lawsuit against Meta. Cochrane says CEO and founder Mark Zuckerberg appears to have an uphill battle ahead of him after being grilled on the stand about emails he sent pertaining to Facebook’s acquisition of Instagram in 2012.
