DOJ set to unseal indictment against raúl castro for 1996 downing of american planes

The DOJ is scheduled to unseal a historic criminal indictment against 94-year-old former Cuban leader Raúl Castro. Castro will be charged with authorizing the fatal 1996 shootdown of two unarmed civilian aircraft operated by the humanitarian group "Brothers to the Rescue."
