DOJ sues TX for refusing to remove floating barriers that secure US southern border
The Department of Justice is suing the state of Texas, demanding the floating barriers used to secure the U.S. southern border in the Rio Grande be removed immediately. However, Gov. Abbott and the state of Texas are not backing down without a fight.
