Donald Trump expected to appear in court remotely Tuesday

The judge presiding over Donald Trump’s criminal falsifying business records case in Manhattan is expected to inform the former president Tuesday on what he can and cannot say publicly about the case and evidence his legal team will get from prosecutors to prepare for trial. Trump will not physically attend the hearing in the New York County criminal courthouse but will appear remotely via video feed so the judge can communicate with him in open court.
