EJ Antoni blasts Treasury Sec. Yellen for her role in increased inflation rates

EJ Antoni, economist and Heritage Foundation research fellow, slams Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen for endorsing legislation that raised inflation. “So little of what was actually in things like the American Rescue Plan, the Inflation Reduction Act, the major pieces of legislation passed during this administration—so little of that government spending had anything to do with reopening the economy or getting people back to work. And that’s part of the reason why all of that spending was such an unmitigated, inflationary disaster,” he says.
