EPA administrator in Palestine, Ohio: report adverse symptoms
Michael S. Regan, head of the Environmental Protection Agency, said any people or pets experiencing adverse symptoms in wake of the East Palestine, Ohio train explosion should seek medical attention. Regan said these reports will help state health departments coordinate help for residents in need.
