‘Every minute counts’: Rep. Cline says House Republicans should be working on appropriations
Representative Ben Cline (R-VA) says the Republican conference is solely focused on electing a House speaker when they should be working in committees on federal spending bills. “We are going to come up on this November 17th fiscal cliff pretty quickly,” says Rep. Cline.
