Tunnel to Towers Foundation CEO and Chairman Frank Siller says his organization looks forward to hosting its 22nd annual Tunnel to Towers 5K run and walk on September 29. Siller says the 5K will start at Battery Tunnel and end at Ground Zero, symbolizing his late younger brother Stephen’s final footsteps, and wrap up with a celebration for servicemen and first responders.
