GA Governor Brian Kemp's lawyers try to block grand jury subpoena

Attorneys for GA Gov. Kemp argue to block a subpoena to appear before a grand jury investigating Trump's attempts to overturn the 2020 election results. Kemp's lawyers argued that the Governor should be protected by sovereign immunity, executive privilege, and attorney-client privilege. The judge overseeing the grand jury said he would take the arguments before he makes a ruling.
