Gen. Mark Milley: ‘Too early to tell’ how Ukrainian counteroffensive against Russia will play out

U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Mark Milley told CNN Monday that Ukraine is “very well prepared” for a counteroffensive against Russian forces. Gen. Milley said that while the U.S. and allies have provided training, ammunition, and intelligence to Ukraine for the attack, it’s too early to predict the outcome.
