Gov. DeSantis signs bill voiding land use agreement between Disney and Florida

Governor Ron DeSantis signed legislation Friday that effectively nullifies Disney’s previously signed land use agreements with the state. According to the legislation, a newly appointed board will be able to nullify agreements with special districts put in place up to three months before the board was installed. The new law will go into effect on July 1.
