Governor Kristi Noem talks about South Dakota’s new law that restricts six foreign adversaries’ governments (China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Venezuela) from owning agricultural land in her state. “Lord knows that they’d never allow us to come over there and buy up their land,” says Noem.
