Honduras sees opportunity for technological, economic growth with China

Honduran Foreign Minister Eduardo Reina hopes the country’s new diplomatic partnership with China will see technology investment opportunities and economic development.
 

Honduras will likely end their relations with Taiwan as a result. China’s pre-requisite for diplomacy with Beijing, called the One China Policy, mandates countries cut ties with Taiwan, claiming the country is their territory despite having never controlling it.
