Hurricane Ian targets Florida

Hurricane Ian has strengthened to a category three storm, and is currently lashing Cuba before it makes its way toward Florida, where evacuations ahead of the monster storm are already underway in some coastal areas. The uncertain path of Ian only makes it more menacing.
