Kamala Harris speaks on the Monterey Park mass shooting

Vice President Kamala Harris addressed the news on the latest mass shooting in her home state, California. “A time of a cultural celebration… and yet another community has been torn apart by senseless gun violence,” said Harris, "All of us in this room and in our country understand that this violence must stop."
