Kharkiv College dormitory partially destroyed by Russian drone strike

A college dormitory in Kharkiv city was struck by a Russian drone and partially destroyed overnight into Tuesday, August 1, Governor Oleh Synyehubov said. The three-story building in the city’s northern Saltivka district was hit around midnight and caught fire, he said in a Telegram post.
