Kimberly Hermann: Parents have the right to speak at school board meetings

Southeastern Legal Foundation Executive Director Kimberly Hermann talks about her organization's work protecting parents' right to speak at school board meetings. “It might seem like a little minute detail to some if they’re not parents but going to speak, whether it’s a city council meeting or a county commission meeting, is no different here. We have to be able to go talk to our school districts to make change,” says Hermann.
