Manhattan grand jury votes to indict Daniel Penny for Subway chokehold death of Jordan Neely

Marine Corps veteran Daniel Penny was indicted on second-degree manslaughter charges Wednesday for the death of homeless man Jordan Neely on a New York subway. The Manhattan District Attorney is expected to formally announce the grand jury indictment on Thursday. Penny surrendered to police last month and was released on a $100,000 bond.
