Manhunt underway in North Carolina for gunfire incident at power plant

A manhunt is underway in North Carolina. Police are looking for suspects after gunfire attacks on two electrical substations left tens of thousands in the dark and curfews in place. The FBI is on the ground assisting in the investigation as authorities tell the public there is no clear motive for the attack.
