Mark Morgan: Trump needs to end federal funding to sanctuary cities that don’t cooperate with DOJ

Former U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Mark Morgan says President-elect Donald Trump should restrict federal funding to sanctuary cities that protect illegal immigrants. “In what planet does it make sense that someone is in the country illegally, commits a violent crime, and then you’re going to protect that individual and release them back into your city and prevent them from being removed. That’s ridiculous. That defies logic and common sense,” he says.
