Mike Davis: Judge Merchan should ‘lawyer up’ if he goes forward with Trump sentencing

Article III Project Founder and President Mike Davis says Judge Juan Merchan wants to sentence former President Donald Trump in order to give Vice President Kamala Harris a big campaign talking point. “This guy is corrupt and if he actually does go forward with this bogus criminal conviction and sentence, he better lawyer up because he’s going to face his own criminal investigation under the Trump 47 Justice Department, or he should,” he says.
