New York: Juvenile arrested for spraying Jewish men with fire extinguisher

Police have made an arrest and filed charges in two separate incidents where Jewish men were sprayed with fire extinguishers. Those assaults took place within ten minutes of each other on august 21st. The victims were 72 years old and 66 years old -- both of them were walking to synagogue.
