Nigeria votes in new governors' race
Voters in Africa's most populous nation are heading back to the polls Saturday to elect new governors in 28 out of Nigeria's 36 states. The election was delayed by a week to give the country's electoral commission time to reconfigure the voting machines used during February's presidential election.
