NOAA Spring Report: Flooding along Mississippi River states, high temperatures in South East
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Associations predicts greater flood risks from Minnesota to Missouri this upcoming spring. NOAA says states in the Southern High Plains will see extreme drought and higher than normal temperatures are expected in the southeastern U.S.
