Over 60 civilians murdered by airstrikes from military junta in Myanmar’s Kachin State
Sixty-two people are confirmed dead and 60 injured following Sunday’s military airstrikes in Myanmar's Kachin state. The UN and ambassadors of 14 countries have condemned the attack by the military junta which happened during a concert held by the Kachin Independence Organization (KIO) to celebrate its 62nd anniversary, Reuters said citing KIA spokesperson Naw Bu, Monday. The UN condemned the attack and called for those responsible to be held accountable.
