During an address to the United Nationals Human Rights Council on Monday, Palestinian Foreign Minister Riad Al-Malki criticized the international community for not holding Israel accountable. Al-Malki said Israel committed “textbook grave violations of international humanitarian law” while Palestinians were offered no assistance in seeking justice.
