Pentagon: 6 US troops diagnosed with traumatic brain injuries from Iran-backed attacks
Pentagon Spokesman Brigadier General Patrick Ryder says six U.S. service members have been diagnosed with traumatic brain injuries as a result of the Iranian-backed attacks in Syria earlier this month. Eight militants were killed and seven more were injured from the Iranian airstrikes that targeted American bases in northeastern Syria.
