Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping on the side lines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit in Samarkand, the Russian envoy to Beijing told Russian state news agency TASS Wednesday. The summit kicks off Thursday, September 15th.
