Rep. Biggs: Hunter Biden needs to be served subpoena if he refuses to attend public House hearing

Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) says House investigators need to immediately issue a subpoena to Hunter Biden if he doesn’t show for his scheduled public hearing alongside his business associates tomorrow. “Peter Navarro, supporter of Donald Trump, whether you like what he did or didn’t do, he’s going to prison. Hunter Biden, equivalently situated as far as not coming in, making those choices, basically thumbing his nose at the Congressional authority—and he doesn’t get referred. So this is the two-tiered system that Americans are concerned about, justifiably so,” says Rep. Biggs.
