Rep. Brecheen: Biden violated Foreign Corrupt Practices Act with Chinese energy firm deal

Representative Josh Brecheen (R-OK) discusses new documents detailing the Biden family’s unsuccessful attempt at helping Chinese energy firm CEFC buy U.S. energy assets. “The [Foreign Corrupt Practices Act] says that you don’t have to be an office holder and be a recipient of funds yourself. If you have family members that are a recipient of funds, then that’s a violation of that federal statute,” says Rep. Brecheen.
