Rep. Claudia Tenney hopes bipartisan support passes SAVE Act in House
Representative Claudia Tenney (R-NY) says she's hopeful some Democrats will cross the aisle to pass the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act. The legislation, reintroduced by Representative Chip Roy (R-TX), would require proof of U.S. citizenship to vote in federal elections.
