Rep. Cline: Biden administration can’t define a ‘success’ in Ukraine

Representative Ben Cline (R-VA) voices concerns with the Senate’s $95 billion foreign aid package for Ukraine and Israel. “This bill includes, as you said, money for Ukraine following on the more than $100 billion that American taxpayers have already sent to Ukraine when we have zero accountability for the dollars that have already been spent,” says Rep. Cline. “And when we try to put in measures for accountability, but also to measure what a definition of success would be in Ukraine, Democrats voted it down with the help of some Republicans.”
