"One of the things that happened under the Obama administration is the requirement of using diesel exhaust fluid in our trucks, our tractors, our diesel vehicles, our tow trucks. And it's absolutely been devastating," Congresswoman Harriet Hageman says Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) mandates have devastated the trucking and agricultural industries by significantly shortening engine life and decreasing vehicle reliability.
